Second mass murder of Christians in less than 24 hours after Ash Shebab claimed responsibility for terrorism and the killing of Christians in the Westgate shopping center in Nairobi.

Doctors at the main hospital in Peshawar expect the death toll to rise as many of the wounded were in critical condition.
