Former Interior Minister Tsvetanov Bulgaria has committed a crime decided Sofia City Prosecutor's Office.
Prosecution has prepared charges Tsvetanov, just waiting until after the elections, to drop his immunity.
Sofia City Prosecutor's Office officially announced that former Interior Minister Tsvetan Tsvetanov has committed a crime in the case of illegal wiretapping of politicians, ministers, president and businessmen.
Against him was enough evidence of a crime in chl.285 chl.387 in conjunction with paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code.
Do not forget that Tsvetanov will be investigated for illegal wiretapping in the European Parliament.
Tsvetanov constantly explains obedient media that have not been applied illegal RCC and, when necessary, wiretaps were made after due and request permission from a judge.
Borisov said that there was no illegal wiretapping trusted Tsvetanov, who swore in children, and his own words speak otherwise.
On April 30, HRI stopped criminal proceedings in a case brought against and led Tsvetan Ivanov, Kamen Kostov and Sergey Katzarov for crimes chl.387 CC / against Katzarov and chl.311 CC / against Radko Dimitrov chl.287a of CC.
Reason for suspension is that the investigation is enough evidence of a crime in chl.285 chl.387 in conjunction with paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code by Tsvetan Tsvetanov. The same as the official - Minister of Interior, knowingly made subordinate entities - Directors SDOTO-MI Ivanov Kostov Katzarov to commit crimes chl.387 2 of the Criminal Code.
This conclusion of the prosecution is justified with regard to the obligations of the Minister of the Interior under Article 34 paragraph 1 item 1 of the SSMA to supervise the implementation and use of the RCC.
Criminal proceedings have been terminated pursuant to Article 25 item 3 of the Code, as currently Tsvetanov as a registered candidate for MP, has integrity / immunity / criminal prosecution under Article 103 of the Electoral Code . The Code does not provide a procedure for lifting immunity of a candidate for deputy.
After declaring under chl.260 of the Election Code of the Central Election Commission of the results of the vote will determine whether prosecution is weak immunity of Mr. Tsvetanov, or there are grounds Attorney General of the Republic of Bulgaria to request the National Assembly to permission to initiate criminal proceedings.
Ten days ago I made the analogy of American "Support your local sheriff" in Bulgaria with the required call: "Support the Attorney General."
Currently, the Prosecutor needs even more support to be able to return normalcy to the state.
