Germany urges Cyprus to introduce a tax on deposits Putin and Cameron discussed the crisis in Cyprus.

 Cyprus should provide 5.8 billion euros to get a bailout loan of 10 billion euros. Island's parliament rejects bill to tax deposits by counting on Russia, but did not.
Russian President Vladimir Putin and British Prime Minister David Cameron discussed by phone the crisis in Cyprus and agreed to hold a new personal meeting.
Germany urges Cyprus to introduce a tax on deposits and thus bring about the amount. Berlin does not accept other sources for the collection of funds.
Authorities in Cyprus may take over a quarter of the largest deposits. Vote on the issue in parliament was adjourned until tomorrow when Brussels will be a meeting of finance ministers of the Eurogroup.
President of Cyprus Nikos Anastasiadis and party leaders went to Brussels for emergency talks with the EU on measures aimed at preventing bankruptcy.
Delegation must be returned in Nicosia late later on Sunday, a day before the deadline for the adoption of measures to collect 5.8 billion
Finance Minister Michalis Sarris holds a meeting with EU, ECB and IMF.
