Russia offers aid to France in Mali.

Russia has offered to help the French government to transport troops and food in Mali, said Sunday the French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius. This was only one option.
Foreign Minister said that the total number of international forces in Mali will increase to 5.5 thousand, and not to 3.3 thousand, as originally calculated.
According to French media, the total operations in Mali currently involved 1,900 French soldiers. About a thousand of them are in the territory of Mali, about 40 armored vehicles, 12 fighter "Rafale" and "Mirage" and five air tankers, two reconnaissance aircraft and a satellite.
Technical support operations in Mali have agreed UK, U.S., Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Germany and Italy.
  France announced that the ultimate objective of military intervention in Mali is to establish control over the whole country, and the repression of the Islamists seized the north.
French forces in recent days, causing air strikes on Malian regions of Timbuktu and Gao on the positions of the militants.
