Russia envisages construction of Belene NPP or stop the V-th and VI-th reactor at Kozloduy.

The Agency notes that after the termination of the "Belene" Borisov has announced plans for a new reactor VII existing NPP "Kozloduy" reactor made of NPP "Belene", and ultimately VIII block.
"Kozloduy" currently six units operate only V-th and VI-th, the first license expires in November 2017, the second - in October 2019, after the likely suspension Bulgaria could become an exporter of electricity in its import wrote ITAR - TASS.

Is this not a clear threat to the future of the V-th and VI-th block after license?
