Dutch Queen Beatrix abdicated in favor of his son Prince Willem-Alexander.


Dutch Queen Beatrix will make this evening address to the nation on television and radio, the palace said. The news soon rebelled Dutch media, which many argue that the most likely 74-year-old Queen would abdicate in favor of his son Prince Willem-Alexander.
